    Manager, Brand Development - Yacht

    The role of Manager, Brand Development - Yachts is responsible for the day-to-day project management to drive commercialization and GTM success for this new line of business. Acting as a key liaison with our partners and cross-functional stakeholders, this role will be integral in guiding coordinated go-to-market planning and execution. Together with the Senior Director Brand Development, they will shape and implement an efficient commercial operating model, ensuring all activities align to brand standards, maximize business value, and are in service of delivering an exceptional guest experience.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to project manage an integrated go-to-market plan for Four Seasons Yachts
    • Build, maintain, and communicate launch plans, tracking deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies across workstreams.
    • Provide clear, consistent, and transparent program updates, proposing recommendations for improvement to senior management as needed
    • Act as a key point of contact and connector throughout the organization, bringing appropriate expertise together to enable a successful launch phase
    • Document post-launch campaign performance with key insights on next steps and/or optimizations
    • Support annual sales & marketing planning process
    • Act as a thought-leader in growth planning, guiding focus and collaboration to achieve key business priorities
    • Leverage guest-centric and data-driven insights to propel future business strategy, turning insights into actionable recommendations
    • Provide category thought-leadership by monitoring competitors and market developments
    Key Skills:
    • Proven track record of bringing programs from conceptualization to implementation
    • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across global markets with well-developed project management skills
    • Very organized with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple work streams
    • Demonstrates sound judgement and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to internal and external stakeholders
    • Familiar and comfortable working in an agile environment, responding to changes and new information as it comes
    • Effective team player, but able to work independently with some degree of ambiguity
    Experience:
    • 6-8 years in marketing / product development / commercial roles
    • Yachting/Cruise/Ultra-Luxury Lifestyle or Hospitality experience a plus
    Education: Bachelor's degree required

    This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week at the Miami Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1441 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1007, Miami, Florida.

    NOTE: We are also considering candidates based in the Toronto area to work from our Toronto Four Seasons Corporate Office (3 days per week) located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
