We are hiring a Quality Coordinator to provide oversight of all program processes, documentation, and property to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and program requirements and standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Training and support of program leadership to ensure program documentation and procedures in compliance with state, federal, and company requirements.
- Manages program certification and licensure applications.
- Manages preparation and submission of certification and licensure documentation
- Support of State On-Site Annual Review surveys
- Develops and manages implementation and completion of Plans of Correction
- Implements regular auditing of program documentation to ensure compliance-readiness
- Manages oversight of program property including but not limited to homes and vehicles to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with all relevant standard
- Support of DSP training activities and documentation to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company requirement
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing NH State DHHS/BDS Certification and Licensure processes and standards
- Minimum of 3 years experience with environmental compliance, e.g. facilities maintenance systems
- Minimum of 3 years experience facilitating employee training
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Ability to effectively train and support employees
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
