    Description
    Partner with Product Owners and team members to drive healthy backlog management and value-oriented prioritization practices.

    Lead and manage all scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective using Agile methodology and scrum best practices.

    Facilitate and manage daily stand ups, task tracking/progression, and communications/reporting with product/scrum teams. Manage the reporting of schedule, budget, and product metrics.
    Ensure Agile principles and approaches are successfully adopted by the development team and key stakeholders

    Agile certifications:
    CSM or equivalent
    Experience as a Project Manager and/or with other Agile methodologies (Kanban).
    Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Planview
    Experience as an Agile coach.
    At least 5 years of experience leading Scrum teams to deliver IT solutions.
    Experience with Agile/ PM tools Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, MS Office.
    Demonstrated experience managing global scrum teams with a blend of onshore, offshore, and remote resources.
