Job Title

Implementation Analyst

Lead implementation, training, consulting and configuration of Configure Digital software, Fiserv's next generation banking solution product. Implementations may be part of a larger conversion or a single product installation.
Provide project oversight and solve critical problems.
Review project deliverables and ensure it meets acceptance criteria.
Work on building relationships across various groups across Fiserv to deliver solutions.
Engage directly with the client from the project kickoff through go-live.
Assess client business need, identify solutions, and manage requirements (within the defined Configure Digital solution)
Manage product configuration setup and updates.
Conduct validation of configurations and connectivity testing
Oversee Post go-live warranty support for Fiserv clients as requested by Fiserv, until handover to client services
Maintain and update documentation, as applicable.
Manage multiple projects.
Provide client training and production (go-live) support.
Coordinate client schedules, hosted tenant provisioning, and core interface activities.
Monitor project plan to meet expected timelines.
Assist with managing client expectations.

Salary Range

$48, $78,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
