- Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project.
- You will serve as a liaison between project managers and functional managers.
- You will develop and maintain summary level schedule (Gantt) reports, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near term tasks, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances.
- You will follow schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures.
- You will work in collaboration with project managers to drive efficiency in project execution and accuracy in project reporting.
- You will schedule estimating and updating for new work and remaining work.
- You will identify major milestones, decision points, project lifecycle and other project events.
- You will troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems.
- You will maintain accurate records/paperwork.
- You will facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews.
- You will be willing to work outside of normal business hours as required to meet deadlines.
