    You will join a team of seasoned fashion and digital executives and help guide the brand on its rapid growth.

    We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven CRM Manager who can help make an impact on our lifecycle marketing department via our email and SMS channels.

    You will be responsible for delivering effective retention marketing campaigns to our customers on our ESP platform, Klaviyo. You will oversee end-to-end integrated campaign execution and help drive our Retention and Reactivation customer marketing strategy. This role will report directly into the Director of CRM.

    Responsibilities:
    Partner closely with Marketing, Site, and Merch. teams to develop and execute end-to-end customer newsletter campaigns & lifecycle flows that drive, engagement and retention
    Provide input and direction on customer marketing campaign measurement
    Identify opportunities to continually improve our targeting and segmentation capabilities to ensure the most relevant communication with the consumer, and partner with IT resources to execute these strategies
    Execute A/B testing initiatives with ability to translate data into actionable campaign insights that improve performance
    Create and maintain the calendars, campaign planning, development, approval and deployment processes for the email channel.
    Continuously track and monitor email & SMS channel performance and ensures that campaigns meet or exceed KPIs, including but not limited to quality traffic, revenue, conversion, CTR, open rates, and deliverability for continual optimization
    Partner with support teams to resolve any technical issues impacting CRM channels
    Help expand marketing automation capabilities to scale high-ROI behavioral and remarketing programs
    Stay up to date on the competitive landscape and trends in email marketing, and drive the Good American program to be best in class
    Identify and test incentive opportunities to increase customer's likelihood to engage and remain engaged as subscribers

    Basic Qualifications:
    4+ years experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing
    BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field
    A customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for the Voice of the Customer
    Strong analytical abilities with a focus on customer insights
    Proven track record of working collaboratively with stakeholders
    Strong communicator – verbal and written
    Excellent problem-solving skills & self-motivated with the capacity to work with positivity and confidence under tight deadlines

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Working knowledge of HTML & CSS + Photoshop preferred
    Experience working with data to generate actionable insights
    Experience with Klaviyo, or other ESPs
    Experience with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar analytics tools preferred
    Experience with digital marketing, web, and email marketing
    Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written)

    Must be in office 4 days
