The Group X Coach creates an inviting inspiring motivating group exercise experience through delivering pre-choreographed or freestyle group exercise programs to members guests.+
Responsibilities
Coach pre-choreographed or freestyle group sessions classes to a wide variety of members at varying fitness levels in person via virtual technology Present group sessions classes in a way that makes members feel welcomed encouraged challenged Ensure group sessions classes are delivered with high quality safe for all fitness levels by educating members on safe techniques guidelines Increase member attendance through strong teaching skills ability to connect with motivate others Maintain average Coaching at least 2 classes per week Deliver exceptional customer services for members guests through positive interactions before after group session class Handle member concerns direct appropriate club management Report broken equipment maintenance needs club management Recruits new members join classes Start finish group session class on time scheduled Deliver Service Promise Clean Friendly Well Maintained Club organizing equipment assisting maintaining clean organized club Find substitutes following company policy guidelines Maintain strong social media presence attract new participants class special events etc Attend staff meetings occasion required+Qualifications
