    We are looking for a Bridge Engineer to join our Carthage, MO team.
    Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee bridge engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    Prepare proposals and contracts for bridge projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of project requirements and client needs.
    Conduct design calculations to develop innovative and efficient bridge structures that meet safety, code, and industry standards.
    Create comprehensive construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications, to facilitate smooth construction processes.
    Estimate quantities and construction costs, providing accurate and reliable information for project budgeting and cost control.
    Provide construction phase services, including site visits, inspections, and coordination with contractors to ensure successful project implementation.


    Required Skills and Abilities:


    Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited programActive PE license5+ years experience in bridge engineering and designProficiency in using structural design software and other relevant engineering tools.

    Strong understanding of construction concepts and the ability to integrate various components into cohesive bridge designs.
    Familiarity with interpreting engineering contract documents and applicable codes.
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of professionals.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being an effective team player.
    Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
