(I can reword this to sound a bit better)Your Responsibilities as a Groundwater Practice Leader (Principal Technical Leader):
Serve as senior technical lead on cumulative project total of $2-$5 million annually. Contribute to successful business development of new clients and projects at greater than $1 million annually. Write and review technical reports and proposals. Assist with project management activities.
Ability to grow an existing bustling practice in one of the following areas:
groundwater/soil characterization and remediation, landfill engineering, or water resources; Augment a busy established, successful practice Identifying and developing successful client relationships and new business development opportunities with public and private clients on local, regional or national basis; business development of $400,000 annual revenue Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product.

What we're looking for:
BS in Engineering. Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience with environmental/remediation services, including technical writing, technical oversight, project management, business development, and staff management.
Experience with oil & gas, manufacturing industries, utilities, landfills, and chlorinated solvent sites highly desired, Potentially Responsible Parties (PRP) Groups municipalities.
(preferred) Current PE required Proven track record in business development and project management experience. (required) Proven track record of mentoring and developing staff.(preferred) Strong technical writing skills, the ability to successfully multi-task, safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices.
40-hour HAZWOPER certification. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required. Strong communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
