    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    Responsibilities
    • Plan, launch, optimize multiple $1M+ campaigns that help drive awareness and online conversions across The Trade Desk (incl. Walmart DSP) Amazon DSP.
    • Lead weekly meetings with team members to review results, make optimization recommendations and make necessary changes.
    • Mentor team in developing feedback/analysis of campaigns.
    • Recommend opportunities based on client key performance indicators.
    • Supervise team's work with vendors to facilitate contracts and reporting.
    • Collaborate with integrated agency creative teams to ensure creative delivery
    • Provide input and guidance to planning team on digital campaign recommendations as well as leading RFP process for digital channels
    Fundamental Skills
    • 3-5 years of in-platform media buying experience in any major hands-on DSP
    • Experience in identifying, building implementing target audiences in your campaigns
    • Working knowledge of CTV, Video, Audio, Display, and Native.
    • An appetite for data, knowledge and a desire to constantly enhance your skill set
    • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities
    Tools

    Required Expertise:
    • A major DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Verizon, AppNexus, etc)
    Preferred Experience:
    • DCM/CM360, Google Ads/AdWords Analytics, YouTube, Prisma, Datorama
    Bonus Tools a Plus:
    • Kantar Millward Brown, ecommerce, DoubleVerify/IAS/MOAT, Pathmatics, Claritas360, comScore, Simmons/MRI/Scarborough, Nielsen IMS

    BACKGROUND

    GSD M is looking for a Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager(Sr. CM) who is responsible for the execution of hands-on-keyboard programmatic plans, campaign management and optimizations.

    They assist the Associate Digital Director in the execution of more complex campaigns and initiatives to help fully build upon their potential and gain experience in new areas. They will also mentor and lead 2-3 team members who have 0-2 years of programmatic experience and help them learn how to think strategically by analyzing trends, competitive data, client goals objectives.

    The Sr. CM works closely with other departments in the agency to ensure that communication collaboration is in constant flow. They are expected to oversee their campaigns, bring optimization insights, support client-facing reporting and the training of other support staff.
