Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting guests with enthusiasm, and ensuring smooth seating and flow throughout the establishment. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for an exceptional guest experience.

Duties
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS system.
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
- Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly, demonstrating excellent guest relations skills
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of serving standards, guest relations, and hospitality best practices
- Excellent phone etiquette skills for handling reservations and inquiries effectively
