    You Will:
    Manage, and own the success and satisfaction of the client relationshipLead projects and initiatives to deliveryCreate opportunities for deeper collaboration and interaction that reinforces the clients status as an innovative participant in the creation of cutting-edge solutionsProvide Critical Mass internal teams with appropriate insight into clients strategic business initiativesHave a point of view on industry structure, trends, initiatives, best practises, and solutions, and you have the confidence to speak up and express your point of viewProvide Critical Mass Executive Sponsor, VP, Client Partner, or Account Director with insights into organizational opportunities for cross and up-sell opportunitiesOversee the development of detailed proposals and statements of work with the support of core team members including an Account Director, VP, Client Partner, or member of the executive management teamParticipate in weekly client discussions with a level of polish and formalityProactively sell and manage customer expectations and communicate project and profit risks to internal team
