**Description**
We are seeking a District Sales Manager to create and expand sales for our Pasco branch. As a District Sales Manager you are key in the growth and development of new and existing customer relationships. Youll also be a bridge between customers and our engineering team with a focus on facilitating a smooth buying process for each customer.
**Qualifications for a District Sales Manager Include:**
College degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience as a sales professional
Strong construction industry knowledge and familiarity with drywall and steel stud products
Proven experience in business and sales development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Superior written, verbal communication and public speaking skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Valid drivers license
**Responsibilities of a District Sales Manager Include:**
Selling drywall, steel framing products and construction industry accessories
Establishing, developing, and managing customer relationships
Facilitating the sales process with every customer
Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to target new customers; including cold calling and job site visits
Providing technical support to customers
Communicating with customers on a regular basis to discuss their specific needs, make recommendations and resolve service concerns
Working with engineers, architects and in-house personnel to help define project requirements
