    Job DescriptionSupply Chain Analyst, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Maintain working knowledge of manufacturing capabilities, formulations, and raw materials. Proactively work with all internal teams to find short term efficiencies and long-term process improvements. Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of unique supply chain systems, processes, and MRP attributes. Interpret and explain complex data sets. Monitor supply chain execution and assist with order execution and customer satisfaction.

    Develop reports, presentations, and dashboards as necessary for business execution and improvement including order execution (OTIF), non-conformity costs, and inventory management.

    Assist in maintenance of databases and other supply chain data sources. Help develop opportunities on strategic raw material, intermediate, and finished product positions. Assist with gathering, generation, formatting, and analysis of sales and operations planning data. Develop and train new employees.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.


    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


    Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Supply Chain, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.


    Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:

    • Gather data from multiple internal and external sources to provide business solutions using various business tools including SharePoint, Databases, Excel, Power BI, R, and Python;
    • Statistical computer languages including R, Python, and SQL;
    • SAP, specifically S/4HANA; and
    • Supply chain processes and MRP system attributes.
    Up to 5% regional travel required.

    Position reports to Erlanger, KY office and requires presence in office up to three (3) days per week, otherwise telecommuting permitted.
