RESPONSILIBILITIES

Welcome guests who approach your location or portable location.
Take orders for beverages. Answers questions or offer suggestions to guests.
Follow Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) & Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) standards.
Ensure Proper checking of identification to make sure that only guests over the age of 21 are served or in control alcohol products.
Takes guest's food & drink orders, organizes and deliver orders, and cashes out the transaction using the POS systems.
Handles cash sales and credit card transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures at all times, ringing all sales into the register.
Provides great customer service by interacting with guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
Tries to up sell all customer orders.
Helps with the Tiki Bar breakdown and clean up upon closing, cleaning work area, and wiping down front counter and equipment.
Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Performs other tasks as assigned to you by supervisors or leads.
Must be 21 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Bar Beverage Experience preferred.
Adaptability.
Oral communication.
Decisions-making.
High energy level, ability to multi-task.
