    Rn Per Diem Icu

    The rn will provide safe competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies standards and philosophy provides professional leadership support to healthcare team constructs implements plan of care using nursing knowledge skill coordinates implementation of interdisciplinary plan of care develops goals treatment plans discharge plans meets individual patient family needs completes hourly rounds strengthens nurse communication improves safety anticipates patient needs ensures it is patient friendly and safe handles challenging situations promotes teamwork maintains open lines communication effectively resolves conflicts demonstrates excellent clinical skills adapts quickly changes priorities consistently upholds Service Excellence standards at all times.
    This position requires RN license current BLS certificate ACLS or PALS obtained within six months Handle with Care (or obtained within six months). The successful candidate must pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by facility.
