    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

    • Deliver personalized care in the patient's home environment
    • Execute treatment plans with sound judgment and critical thinking
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in alignment with the care plan
    • Perform all necessary skills and procedures within the defined scope of practice

    Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

    • Active LPN license in the state of practice
    • Minimum of (1) year nursing experience
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Thorough knowledge of health and safety protocols
    • Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-Ray
    • Physical capabilities: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, etc.
