Position available: Contract to hire - Help Desk
Role specifics:
Involves repairing, replacing, and installing custom-made equipment and software
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls, data entry in Microsoft Access database and other proprietary software
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Main tasks involve sitting at a workbench, cleaning, and repairing dot matrix printers and Verifone terminals
Help Desk team consists of two technicians and supervisor
