    The client is seeking a versatile IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an integral member of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support across a range of IT functions.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
    • Manage and maintain computer networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
    • Administer servers, including installation, configuration, and routine maintenance tasks.
    • Implement and manage virtualization technologies to optimize resource utilization and enhance scalability.
    • Support and maintain Active Directory services, including user account management, group policies, and security settings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives.
    • Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity of operations.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve IT infrastructure and services.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience in IT support roles, with a strong understanding of computer networks, servers, virtualization, end-user support, and Active Directory.
    • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Experience with server administration, including Windows Server environments.
    • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
    • Strong understanding of Active Directory services, including user management, group policies, and security configurations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
