- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in IT support roles, with a strong understanding of computer networks, servers, virtualization, end-user support, and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with server administration, including Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory services, including user management, group policies, and security configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
