What You'll Do
* Lead your own caseload and develop creative, strategic approaches for every client
* Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters (hearings, mediation, trial)
* Help families find resolutions through negotiation, not just litigation
* Apply deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code and TRCP
* Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and pragmatism
* Be part of a team that believes in winning together and growing every day
What You Bring
* 3+ years of experience handling contested family law cases
* Active Texas State Bar License
* Strong negotiation and communication skills

Compensation
Starting at $120,000+ depending on experience + attractive BONUS compensation you will be excited about.
