    Well join Customer Service Administrative (Chatsworth, CA) who will assist in executing the daily Branch Operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other Customer Service and Post Sales tasks.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Delegates delivery issues or similar to solve customer Placing orders in SAP and following process from Order to Delivery/Invoice for Los Angeles branch.
    • Represents Neolith as Brand Ambassador, their values and business goals.
    • Supervises accounts reconciliation for both customers and suppliers.
    • Querying/chasing payment from customers and maintenance of their credit accounts.
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
    • Acts as support for Administration HQ as regards bookkeeping tasks and bank reconciliation[CP2] .
    • Raise invoices and credit notes.
    • Liaising with accountant.
    • Managing office budget and negotiating contracts with suppliers to keep expenditure under control.
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
    • Develop and maintain a e-filing system.
    • Monitoring of supplier invoices
    • Placing orders in SAP and following process from Order to Delivery/Invoice for Los Angeles branch.

    Requirements:

    • Preferred but not essential Bachelors degree.
    • More than 2+ years of hybrid experience in accounting and customer service positions.
    • Background in cross functional duties in cooperation with remote teammates.
    • Strong teamwork skills and relationship builder.
    • Strong communication skills including the ability to deal with confidential, sensitive information.
    • Excellent MS office skills.
    • SAP and Salesforce experience is highly valuable.
    • Excellent analysis, planning and organization skills.
    • Commute to Chatsworth, CA.
