    Description
    Basic PC and Mac troubleshooting knowledge.
    Technician will cover the on-site desks and provide "Tier 1" support, triage, etc. and escalate as necessary.

    • Technical support for events, corporate meetings, and special internal projects
    • Onboarding/off-boarding logistics for NFLX and 3rd party productions
    • End-user hardware and software troubleshooting
    • Windows OS, Apple OS X, Chrome OS (Chromebooks), iOS, Android
    • Zoom, Google Suite, Google Meet
    • Monitor and accessory deployment/collection.
    • Provisioning Laptops/Workstations
    • A/V and Video Conferencing Troubleshooting
    • Face-to-face support experience. Working with end users to solve IT problems.
    • Laptop & peripheral hardware deployments
    • Upgrading or replacing any damaged or non functioning devices
    • Inventory and counts of all peripherals, computers, printer toners, accessories, and any misc. assets
    • Telecom Administration(VOIP)
    • Network Troubleshooting
    • Maintain Storage room assets, counts, and tidiness
    • Perform IDF sweeps and maintain cleanliness
    • Basic Low Voltage cabling knowledge (Cat6 / Fiber)
    • Interfacing with users to troubleshoot software issues
    • Network Printer management and troubleshooting
    • Coordinate pickups, tech recollections, and deployments with vendors such as JRD and Messengers Inc. courier
    • Collaborate with on-site Studio Management Services team coordinators to deliver the best user experience
    • Respond to team pings and escalations within Slack in a timely manner
    • Coordinate delivery and pickup times with end users, as well as vendors involved
    Collaborate with partner teams such as Studio Logistics for all shipments/returns Escalations Support StudioQualifications / Experience :

    • A+ Certification
    • Network+ Certification
    • Inventory Systems and Management
    • Knowledge in Ticketing Systems
    • Possesses the ability to create organized and consistent documentation
    • Film/Studio technical support experience is a plus
