- Maintain Storage room assets, counts, and tidiness
- Perform IDF sweeps and maintain cleanliness
- Basic Low Voltage cabling knowledge (Cat6 / Fiber)
- Interfacing with users to troubleshoot software issues
- Network Printer management and troubleshooting
- Coordinate pickups, tech recollections, and deployments with vendors such as JRD and Messengers Inc. courier
- Collaborate with on-site Studio Management Services team coordinators to deliver the best user experience
- Respond to team pings and escalations within Slack in a timely manner
- Coordinate delivery and pickup times with end users, as well as vendors involved

- Knowledge in Ticketing Systems
- Possesses the ability to create organized and consistent documentation
- Film/Studio technical support experience is a plus
