Job summary
Working closely and directly with the Chair of the Division of Renal Dialysis (Nephrology), Department Directors, and Physician Leaders to plan, direct, organize,and oversee all aspects of patient care delivery for Inpatient and Outpatient dialysis.
Responsibilities
- Overses all aspects of clinic operations and provision of patient care services including management of clinical,
administrative and interdisciplinary staff. - Acknowledges financial performance labor productivity adherence to patient access practice standards quality improvement regulatory compliance.
