Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Seeberger Application Support Specialist with a strong background in SAP integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the optimal performance of the Seeberger application, addressing any technical issues that arise, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide day-to-day support for the Seeberger application, troubleshooting issues and ensuring its optimal performance.
2. Monitor and manage the integration of the Seeberger application with SAP systems.
3. Handle the coordination and communication between the Seeberger application and SAP systems.
4. Identify and address any issues related to the integration with SAP, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
5. Collaborate with SAP and Seeberger teams to address any integration issues and implement improvements.
6. Design simple reports as needed for the Seeberger application.
7. Work closely with the Functional Owners and IT leaders to ensure that the application meets the needs of the users and the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in supporting the Seeberger application or similar systems.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP systems and their integration.
3. Strong technical problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of SAP integration.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
5. Knowledge of report design and creation.
6. Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
7. A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
