    ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Vero Beach, Florida.

    Job Details:


    • Work 12-hour shifts with guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 schedule or 40 hours for 8/10 schedule

    • Minimum 2 years PCU experience required, ICU experience also needed

    • Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

    • Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

    • Epic experience MUST be a 3 or 4 level, familiarity with cardiac drips required

    • Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required

    • White scrubs required

    • EKG and Pharm test required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum

    • Complete time-sensitive modules pre-start (average 6-15 hours, non-billable)

    • Skills include telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, cardiac drip management, central line care, blood product administration

    • All RTO must be included at time of submission

    • First-time travelers accepted

    • 18 months experience required, 2 years preferred

    • Free parking in any unrestricted space

    This 332-bed short-term acute care teaching facility operates as a smoke-free environment and maintains Magnet designation standards. The facility utilizes Epic charting systems and provides comprehensive cardiac care services including stepdown units. The organization emphasizes strict compliance policies and maintains high standards for patient care with advanced cardiac monitoring capabilities and specialized equipment for progressive care patients.
