To excel in this role at Four Winds Manor, Inc., candidates should possess essential skills and qualifications. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, while a Serve Safe Certification would be highly advantageous. Two to three years of cooking experience is required, with a preference for individuals who have worked with older adults requiring modified diets. The ability to follow recipes accurately, adapt to dietary restrictions, and maintain a sanitary kitchen environment are key qualities that will contribute to success in this position. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating nutritious and appealing meals are also essential for delivering top-quality service to our residents and guests.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certificate/License: Serve Safe Certification highly preferred
• Work Experience: two to three (2-3) years cooking experience. Experience working with order adults with modified diets highly desirable.
