- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and on the phone
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them in our system
- Schedule appointments and provide customers with estimates for services and repairs
- Communicate with technicians about customer concerns and service recommendations
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, services, and promotions
- Act as a liaison between customers and appropriate team members to resolve any service issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes and terminology
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Firestone Jackson in Jackson Township, New Jersey.
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a liaison between our customers and our technicians.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive efficient and high-quality service for their vehicles. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a compensation package of $16 to $30 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
