Job summary
The Events Manager will report to the Vice President of Advancement and Operations and be responsible for the management of all special events and provide assistance in event fundraising efforts designed to engage, cultivate, solicit and steward CMH donors, current parents, prospective parents, volunteers and other stakeholders.Responsible for planning and execution of CMH's signature fundraising admissions donor events including but not limited to annual Crusader Auction Golf Outing biennial Athletic Hall of Fame annual Open House Future Leaders Forum STEM Challenge Catholic Schools Week Mass Registration Night Celebrating Lives of Service Mass Senior Awards Graduation donor recognition events other events as they arise.
- Creates manages event work plans budgets achieve annual financial goals ensure secure financial processes.
- Works Development department develop execute event sponsorship strategy ensure budgets met.
