Equity Staffing is seeking several Pharmacy Technicians in Oklahoma, these positions are remote. Our client serves over 85 million individuals and is known for innovative concepts. If you enjoy collaborating with dynamic individuals in a team environment, we'd love to connect with you.

**Must hold an Oklahoma State Pharmacy Technician License

**Must be based in Oklahoma

Job Responsibilities:

Handle prior authorization inquiries and requests, provide customer service, research and resolve formulary and benefit issues utilizing relevant resources.
Process member prescriptions or prior authorizations using various computer systems, ensuring data accuracy and updates.
Receive and process prior authorization requests for medications not typically covered, based on established criteria and guidelines.
Address and resolve issues and complaints promptly.
Manage inbound phone inquiries, collect member information for Pharmacist consultations.

Required Skills:

1-2 years of Pharmacy experience
State Board of Pharmacy Licensure in state of residence
High School Diploma or GED
Candidate must have their own home internet access/VPN
Must have a secure workspace/office at home
Proficient in using PCs, including mouse and keyboard, navigating through various systems and screens

**Strong Attendance Record Required

*Training duration is 4 weeks from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday (subject to change).

*Post training shift is 8 hours with a one-hour lunch break. Availability needed from 5am to midnight.

*Work schedule involves 5 days a week, potentially including weekends.

Overtime and holiday work may be required based on business demands.
