Do you love the idea of getting paid to hang out, vibe with awesome people, and throw the best paint party in town? Then we want YOU to join our team at the most fun Painting with a Twist studio around

We're looking to add a new Instructor to our crew—someone who can take their skills, quickly learn our TWIST approach, and confidently guide guests through step-by-step acrylic paintings, all while keeping the energy up and the good vibes rolling. Whether you've got a fine arts degree or you're self-taught with incredible talent and a magnetic personality, if you've got the skills and the spark, we want to meet you

What You'll Be Doing (after training):

• Leading guests through a fun 1.5 to 3-hour acrylic painting classes (don't worry—we provide the designs)
• Creating a lively, upbeat, and unforgettable experience for our guests
• Helping with setup and cleanup before and after events
• Being a positive ambassador for fun, creativity, and community vibes

What We're Looking For:

• A talented acrylic painter or creative artist in a similar medium (show us your style)
• Previous customer service experience and a love for social environments
• Someone outgoing, energetic, reliable, and comfortable speaking to a crowd
• A fun-loving team player who enjoys music, laughter, and helping others tap into their creativity
• Someone who values trust, teamwork, and a drama-free work environment
• Availability on (some or all) Friday evenings and Saturdays
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and strong accountability

Pay & Training Info:

Training and onboarding is paid at $16/hr. We understand that's just slightly above minimum wage—but the goal is to get you fully trained and teaching quickly. Most onboarding takes about 30 hours total, and we work around your existing work schedule, so it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months.

Once fully trained, our instructors earn $20–$25+/hr plus tips and bonus opportunities.

This job isn't about clocking in for a paycheck—it's about doing something fun and fulfilling, being part of a supportive team, and using your creativity in a whole new way.
