- Cold call prospects and past customers to generate interest
- Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Teams
- Document and track calls and interactions with potential customers
- Email marketing material to interested customers
- Attend and contribute to weekly virtual meetings with outside sales team
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience with CRM software; Gmail and Google work products
- Ability to manage intranet tabs simultaneously
- 1+ years of experience with outbound B2B sales/appointment setting in a call-center environment
- Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas

Buildingstars is hiring 10+ full-time, remote customer service reps to make outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls to potential clients. Your goal is to build rapport with the client to get them to schedule sales appointments with our outside sales team. We provide you the software and the prospects and the training for you to be successful
Eligible States - While this is a remote position, you must live and work in Kansas to be considered for this position. Your hourly rate will be $12.00/hour (plus bonus) until you reach 15 appointments. Thereafter, your hourly rate will increase to $15.00/hour, plus bonus and commissions
Essential Duties Include:
