    Join Our Insurance Agent Team

    We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as an entry-level insurance agent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

    About the Role

    As an insurance agent, you will be responsible for driving insurance sales among potential clients and new clients. You will need to have strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to deliver exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to meet each customer's individual needs
    • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately track progress towards monthly insurance sales goals
    • Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue insurance sales with new clients using effective sales strategies
    • Listen to existing, new, and prospective clients to evaluate their needs and priorities before presenting insurance plan options
    • Stay up-to-date on various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure program requirements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained
