    Description

    Susan Crandall is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with genuine passion and a clear sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over 120 years, we are pioneers in our industry. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our proven processes, catering to our existing base of 2,000 business clients, while also cultivating relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing a small team to achieve these objectives. As you become proficient in our methodologies, you will progress into the role of Agency Director, guiding and mentoring your team members to success.

    This position offers a weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service the current client portfolio.
    • Explore new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results.
    • Train and mentor new team members on our existing systems.
    • Provide daily reports on field operations using our Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and fostering leadership skills.

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proven time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership qualities.
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
    • Perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
    • Genuine interest in assisting others and building strong relationships.
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Community involvement mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Must possess a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and reliable transportation.
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
