Job Description

Assist attorneys in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support

Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs

Prepare and organize case files, exhibits, and other relevant documents

Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions

Assist with trial preparation and attend court hearings as necessary

This position is a hybrid position - Mostly remote but occasionally in our Walnut Creek, CA office.
