- Work at a prestigious Magnet-designated acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center recognized as the best hospital in Alaska
- Manage a diverse caseload across all patient age groups including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics with discharge planning focus
- Utilize Epic EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and social services
- Every other weekend schedule or 4 weekend days per four-week schedule
- 24-hour paid orientation with structured onboarding process
- Free parking provided at the facility
- Active Alaska RN license required prior to offer
- BLS certification (current and valid)
- ACM (Accredited Case Manager) certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care hospital setting required
- Epic EMR experience required (hardstop requirement)
- Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, and utilization of Milliman Guidelines
- Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of comparable experience within the last three years
- Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
- Flexibility to float within case manager services to meet facility needs
