    'Is my digital content genuinely driving sales?Founded in Los Angeles, Mammoth is backed by Greylock Partners (Discord, Roblox, Coinbase) and was incubated by Science Inc (Dollar Shave Club, PlayVS, Liquid Death).Why are we hiring?We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team. You'll play an active role in the product operations and implementation processes ensuring seamless integration and utilization of the platform for our clients.

    You'll receive continuous education and opportunities to explore your strengths, grow and be mentored, working directly with the CPO and COO.

    Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strong understanding of and ability to troubleshoot company products, services and systemsEngage with new VTAGZ Platform users to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, walking users through product features and customizing to their needsAnalyze user interactions, identify areas of improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the overall customer experienceCoordinate product needs between clients and our Product and Engineering teamsCommunicate product updates to Customer Success team and clientsSupport VTAGZ growth initiatives and contribute to the development of customer success strategiesOwn operational tasks like managing user inquiries and receipt processingMaintain regular communication with your manager

    Qualifications

    Keen interest in digital products, with a desire to learn more about Product, Customer Success and OperationsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelApproachable, upbeat, and friendly demeanorStrong organizational and communication skillsExceptional follow-up abilities and a commitment to delivering resultsProactive self learner
