    Description

    Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

    The CAS Aftermarket team in Endicott is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that work instructions are in place for the disassembly, rework, modification, reassembly, and inspection of units within our Work in Process (WIP).

    This role requires a cross-functional approach, working closely with support and touch labor teams to meet quality and efficiency goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, clear communication practices, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain work instructions for unit disassembly, rework, modification, reassembly, and inspection
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
    • Utilize planning software to update and manage work instructions
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field
    • Experience within manufacturing, preferably in a similar role
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Experience with planning software
