- Lead the litigation process for various personal injury cases, including automobile injuries.
- Try cases at all levels of court, demonstrating exceptional litigation skills and a commitment to advocacy.
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients, guiding them through the complexities of their cases with compassion and understanding.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents with precision and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all court requirements.
- Collaborate with our dynamic team to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in Virginia, with good standing.
Minimum of five years of first-chair litigation experience, specifically in personal injury law.
- Extensive experience in Federal and state courts, with a strong track record of trying cases and leading litigation processes.
- Exceptional writing ability, with the capability to craft compelling legal documents and arguments.
- Deep understanding and experience in dealing with insurance-related matters in personal injury and automobile injury cases.
- A positive attitude towards trying cases and a willingness to lead in the courtroom.
