    Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm

    Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Administrator to join our Supply Chain Division. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, the ability to troubleshoot independently, and a mature, team-oriented approach. This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in various clerical activities, including data entry, information verification, and discrepancy resolution. The successful candidate will have a focus on data entry, working with pivot tables, VLookups in Excel, and will be familiar with Batch Sheets/Bill of Materials. Experience with SAP or similar software and a background in Supply Chain are highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Add and maintain bill of materials within the Manufacturing System using customer-provided specifications.
    • Create pallet tag templates and case labels for new item SKUs.
    • Generate Manufacturing Workorders based on the posted Production Schedule.
    • Organize daily multi-location production paperwork for processing.
    • Investigate and resolve production reporting discrepancies by collaborating with supporting departments.
    • Process daily production completions and component backflush in the Manufacturing System.
    • Review and update Open Work Order status to a close status.
    • File daily production paperwork, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
    • Execute Finished Good Transfers and process Customer Sales Orders.
    • Operate efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
    • Assist in special projects as needed.
    Qualifications/Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
    • Excellent attention to accuracy and detail.
    • Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLookups.
    • General knowledge of Manufacturing systems; SAP or similar software experience is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with individuals from various disciplines.
    • QuickBooks experience is beneficial.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
