    Job Title: Recovery Coach Specialist

    A new career opportunity is available for a skilled Recovery Coach. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

    Description:
    The selected individual will provide peer recovery support services to patients with substance use disorder. They will facilitate patient access to recovery-oriented treatment resources and community groups. A strong understanding of the Internet and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. This role involves establishing partnerships with local organizations to connect participants with appropriate services. The successful applicant must have at least 6 years in sustained recovery from addiction.

    • The job holder will serve as a liaison between the recovery community, medical treatment system and social service network.
    This position plays an essential part in promoting connections across different systems of care through collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams consisting of psychologists physicians nurses research assistants social workers clinical staff etc..
