THE JOB:

This position will provide guest assistance during the enrollment process for BetMGM, the online sports betting app for MGM Resorts.

THE STARTING PAY: $18.00/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide guests with BetMGM information and solicit new members.
• Enroll and input guest information into the BetMGM System.
• Verify and ID guests to ensure new members are of the legal gaming age.
• Research and evaluate guest accounts using the BetMGM system and /or other software programs.
• Complete all necessary paperwork neatly and accurately. Protect the confidentiality of Company documents and files under immediate control.
• Greet guests, answer questions and be an informational resource regarding guest inquiries. Answer basic property questions, including information regarding rooms, restaurants and entertainment for the guests.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward guests and employees.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous guest service experience is preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

• Nevada Gaming Registration.
