    Description
    Come join a fantastic team of caregivers and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for our in-patient population back home. We are in search of Licensed Registered Nurses to become part of our expanding team and embrace our wonderful work environment.

    What You'll Do:
    • Offer direct care to patients with different diagnoses
    • Conduct daily assessments of patient care plans and collaborate on discharge planning with families and the case management team
    • Handle daily nursing duties

    What We're Looking For:
    • Active Utah RN or Registered Nurse Compact License
    • Current CPR certification
    • 1 year of experience in an Acute Care Hospital (Rehabilitation experience is a plus)
