    What does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola? In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our product portfolio by keeping beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of inventory properly stocked and in accordance to Swire Coca-Cola standards.

    Responsibilities:
    Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves in an aligned manner Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way Set aside and store in backroom any product unfit for sale Operate powered equipment (ex: powered pallet jack) and manual equipment Clean and organize shelves or aisles each day to provide a safe environment for consumers Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business Lift up to 50 pounds as needed Why Join Our Team?     Starting pay rate of $19.00 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.     We also offer the following paid time off benefits on a calendar year or anniversary year basis: 80 hours of Paid Vacation, 1 hour of Paid Sick Leave for every 40 hours worked (unless otherwise subject to a more generous local requirement), 7 Paid Holidays, 3 Paid Floating Holidays, 8 hours of Paid Volunteer Leave, up to 8 weeks of Maternity Disability Paid Leave (based on eligibility), and up to 2 weeks of Parental Paid Leave (based on eligibility).
