    Critical Role at cFocus Software

    • Masters or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • A SME/BRA with 5+ years of experience in complex computer systems and web applications development, maintenance, modification, and error resolution.
    • DevOps expertise with 3+ years of software development and IT operations experience.
    • 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud and/or similar cloud environments.
    • Proven expertise in LAN, Unisys/IBM Mainframe data environments, Linux, Oracle, & MS SQL.

    Main Responsibilities

    Gather business requirements from HUD stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and other partners.

    1. Analyze and document stakeholder needs to ensure alignment with HUD's strategic goals and objectives.
    2. Translate business requirements into clear specifications for project teams.
    3. Prioritize business requirements to balance resources and timelines.
    4. Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with HUD leadership and end-users to gather insights into business needs and expectations.
    5. Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to resolve conflicting requirements and ensure consensus on project goals.
    6. Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on the progress of business requirement gathering.
    7. Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    8. Evaluate potential solutions to ensure they meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
    9. Foster collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
