- You will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support our corporate and field workforce. You will lead a team of HR professionals and collaborate closely with field operations leadership to drive initiatives related to talent management, employee engagement, safety, and compliance.
- Lead recruitment efforts and talent management programs
- Create and enforce HR policies and programs for legal compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a company with a significant field or labor workforce.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with operational leaders.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
