- Ability to read English to follow recipes, read menus/meal tickets, and job flows.

- Must be able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to push catering carts, carrying/moving items up to 25 lbs., bending, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to stand in a stationary position and/or walk quickly for long periods of time
