- Dispatching drivers in TMW system; managing assigned driver schedules
- Making sure that drivers show up for assigned start time so they can meet customers cut times
- Being the point of contact on your shift for communicating LTL driver needs and changes
- Interacting with customers shipping team
- Insuring drivers are following PYLE SOPS (fuel at the end of shift, DVIR, accurate paperless logs)
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Good computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft desired
- Ability to solve problems
- Good communication skills; excellent attention to detail and decision making skills
- Team oriented with good interpersonal skills; demonstrates initiative
- LTL, Dedicated transportation or warehouse operations background
- Prior dispatch and routing experience
