Position Overview:

We are currently seeking Line Cooks to join our culinary team.

As a Line Cook at Sea Dog Brewing Co., you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.

Whether you're a seasoned cook or just starting your culinary career, if you have a passion for food and a desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of menu items, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Work effectively in a fastpaced kitchen, ensuring efficient and organized cooking processes.
Assist with food plating and presentation to ensure dishes meet our highquality standards.
Follow established portion control procedures to minimize food waste.
Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude while working with fellow team members.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
Basic understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a culinary career.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
