We are seeking a motivated individual to lead our Grounds Team at Greenspire.Greenspire has been the premier apartment community in Portage Michigan for over 45 years,
nested between acres of State Game Area.
Responsibilities include maintaining campus grounds,
scheduling service requests,
supervising staff and subcontractors
and ensuring coverage in absence of Facility Manager.
