    *Position:
    • Director – Women in Infant Services
    *Hospital Location: *1303 East Herndon Avenue, Fresno, CA 93720

    *Role/Responsibility: *Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, Executive Management, the position is responsible for the ongoing operations, short and long term planning, and development and articulation of the vision of the service line. The Director is responsible for development, management and utilization of financial, material, and human resources; strategic planning; and integrated program
    development within the service.

    The individual is responsible for establishing a positive working relationship with leadership, physicians, and community partners sufficient to encourage service growth, efficient care processes, quality patient outcomes, and promotion of the service line.

    The role has 24 hour accountability for all service line operations.

    *Pay Details: *Starting rate $73.50, increases based on experience

    *Ideal Candidates


    WILL HAVE:

    • California RN License OR Temporary CA License – must have proof of temp license\
    • BSN required – Master's Degree preferred\\
    • 5 years of acute care experience in Women/Infant Services
    • 5 years of Administrative & Management experience
    • BLS certification
    • Membership of professional organization obtained within 12 months of hire
    • Professional Certification obtain within 18 months of hire
